If you see unexpected results on the page, you may need to clear the cache.

1. Log out of QuickTask.

2. Double-click the Home button on your device. The last QuickTask page appears.

3. Swipe the QuickTask page up and off of the screen. This clears the cache.

• Approve – Refer to the eFinancials/ePO help.
• Inspect – Refer to the eService help.
• Manage – Refer to the eService help.
• Prospect – Refer to the eSite help.

• If you are unable to log in, check to be sure your device has a strong connection to the Internet.
• You can change the User Name and Password that default into the login page without changing Settings. Simply tap the field and enter another User Name and Password.
• Refer to the topic - Logging In and Logging Out of QuickTask

• Android - Use the hardware device’s back icons ( or a similar icon) to go back to the prior page.
• iOS - To return to a previous page, tap <Back in the upper left corner of the screen.

To determine how you receive notifications for Approve on your mobile device, tap Settings > Notifications > QuickTask and then use the available options to adjust settings to your needs.

You must log out of QuickTask—and clear it from the cache (as instructed above)—before changing Settings; otherwise, your settings will not take effect
