This section provides tips and helpful hints for using QuickTask. Unless specified, the tips and hints are for both Android and iOS operating systems.
If you see unexpected results on the page, you may need to clear the cache.
1. Log out of QuickTask.
2. Double-click the Home button on your device. The last QuickTask page appears.
3. Swipe the QuickTask page up and off of the screen. This clears the cache.
For help completing fields, refer to the Help:
To determine how you receive notifications for Approve on your mobile device, tap Settings > Notifications > QuickTask and then use the available options to adjust settings to your needs.
You must log out of QuickTask—and clear it from the cache (as instructed above)—before changing Settings; otherwise, your settings will not take effect
